Phoenixville Fireworks This Saturday are Canceled for Fourth of July Celebration

This event has been canceled due to extreme weather conditions!

Phoenixville’s annual Fourth of July fireworks celebration is set to light up the sky this Saturday, July 4, as residents and visitors gather for one of the community’s favorite summer traditions. Unfortunately this event has been canceled due to extreme weather conditions.

The Borough’s Food Trucks and Fireworks celebration will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Phoenixville Recreation Center and Pat Nattle Field, located at 501 Franklin Avenue.

The festivities begin at 5:00 p.m. with a lineup of local food trucks serving a variety of food and drinks throughout the evening. DJ Spin Therapist will provide music leading up to the main event, with the fireworks display scheduled to begin at approximately 9:00 p.m., weather permitting.

Whether you’re bringing the family, meeting up with friends, or simply looking for a great way to celebrate Independence Day, the event offers an evening of food, music, and one of the area’s largest fireworks displays.

What to Know Before You Go

Guests are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking and to claim a good viewing spot. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome, and with warm summer weather expected, bringing water and staying hydrated is recommended.

Admission is free, making it an easy way for the community to come together and celebrate the holiday.

A Quick Note on Other Holiday Events

While the fireworks celebration is moving forward as planned, this month’s First Friday and PXV Inside Out were canceled because of the extreme heat earlier in the week. The fireworks event, however, remains on schedule and is expected to draw large crowds Saturday evening.

Phoenixville.com wishes everyone a safe, fun, and happy Fourth of July!
